Update on our Innovation Work
Tuesday, September 5, 2017
In early 2017, Access Copyright’s innovation team rolled up its sleeves to begin important work on how we might better support our customers in the education community. The first part of this initiative has involved discovering through interviewing more than 70 professors, teachers, students and parents what they enjoy and find challenging about learning, studying and teaching in elementary and secondary schools, as well as in post-secondary institutions.
A special thanks to all of our affiliates who participated in this process, either by being interviewed or for putting us in touch with a professor, teacher, student or parent who was interested in participating.
These interviews have provided helpful data and insight on how we might complement our current offerings through new business models or services that best meet the needs of our customers in education.
