Access Copyright executive director Roanie Levy and IP lawyer Howard Knopf (Macera & Jarzyna LLP) recently participated in a spirited debate about Access Copyright, fair dealing and the long-term implications of unlicensed content use in post-secondary education.
The debate was held May 29th at Brock University during the Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences as part of a debate series titled: “Copyright and the Modern Academic”
