DEADLINE EXTENDED to June 1. Call for Applications: Access Copyright Foundation Professional Development Grants

Thursday, April 23, 2020

In light of ongoing uncertainty about the status of publishing industry events, conferences and other professional development activities, Access Copyright Foundation has decided to further extend the application deadline for Professional Development Grants to June 1st.  We will expedite review and adjudication processes to ensure results notification by the end of July. We will also accept applications for project start dates retroactive to April 1st, the original program deadline.

If you have submitted your application already and would like to revise it in light of COVID-19 restrictions, please contact Program Consultant Joanne Gerber to gain access to the portal. Applications must be submitted through the portal by 11:59 p.m. on June 1st, 2020.

Access Copyright Foundation (ACF)’s Professional Development Grants program is open to all Canadian writers, visual artists and publishers, as well as organizations that represent them, and seeks to empower them to learn, gain exposure and acquire new skills.

If you are looking for support for education and skills training, such as workshops, internships, courses, distance education and residencies, please consider applying for a grant.
