Update on this year’s Payback payment

The good news is that we issued the annual Payment payment to creator affiliates on November 14, the bad news is that our financial institution has alerted us to a glitch in their system that has caused some issued cheques to be denied when cashed.

It appears that this problem is isolated to a very small percentage of the cheques issued for the Payback distribution but we are awaiting more details from our bank, which is working hard to fix this problem as soon as possible. If you are among the individuals affected, please let us know at affiliates@accesscopyright.ca and we will reimburse you for any banking fees you have incurred as well as re-issue your cheque to you.
