Systems back online - Access Copyright has completed its business-systems upgrade

We are pleased to share that our business-systems update has finished and the following platforms are now back online:

Creator Portal
Publisher Portal
Creator Affiliation Form
Title Search and Permissions Tool (including the transactional-licensing portal)

While each platform looks slightly different, each includes all the functionality that you are accustomed to.

All account data in all platforms, save for any permission requests in the transactional-licensing portal that were still pending once the upgrade began on December 17, 2025, has been successfully transferred.

Two things to keep in mind as you visit the platforms

You will need to set a new password the first time you log in to any of the updated platforms. You will be able to do so by logging in with your username and then selecting the Forgot Your Password option. Note: your username is usually the first initial of your first name followed by your last name, all in lower case with no spaces in between.
If you have bookmarked the web addresses of any of the platforms affected by the upgrade, you may wish to create a new bookmark as the URLs for all of the affected platforms have changed.
