Notice to Affiliates – Settlement agreement in Copibec’s class action against Laval University

On June 19, Copibec and Laval University announced they reached an amicable settlement. The settlement ends the class action that Copibec had filed on behalf of creators and publishers against Laval.

A legal Notice to Members has been issued which our affiliates are invited to read and share with their networks.

If you are a member of the designated class, no action is required on your behalf.
