Access Copyright is pleased to announce that it is extending the Read Aloud Canadian Books program as part of the Access Copyright licence at licensed K-12 and independent schools, as well as licensed public libraries.
Access to the Program continues at licensed schools until June 30, 2021, with access for public libraries until March 31, 2021. (UPDATE: Access for licensed public libraries has now been extended until June 30, 2021.)
Continuing the Program into 2021 through the Access Copyright licence ensures that educators and librarians can bring the delight and wonder of Canadian stories to students in a licensed environment that recognizes the publishers and creators who have generously allowed their works to be used as part of the Program.
Since its implementation, we have been immensely gratified to see the Program used extensively in libraries and schools to share the work of Canadian creators and publishers with students and young people.
