Access Copyright Proposed Post-Secondary Educational Institution Tariffs

Professors, students and administrators in post-secondary institutions across Canada all rely on being able to quickly and easily reproduce copyright protected content.

Access Copyright has filed tariffs with the Copyright Board of Canada to cover copying in post-secondary educational institutions from 2011 to 2013 and 2014 to 2017. These tariffs ensure that fair royalty rates are set for the use of copyright protected content in colleges and universities and the process of establishing the royalties in post-secondary educational institutions proceeds without interruption.
