Payback for Writers and Payback for Visual Artists
The 2024 Payback claim period is now closed.
All creators affiliated with Access Copyright as of December 31, 2023 will receive the Payback base payment. Those who have claimed works published between 2003 and 2022 will receive a supplementary payment, which will be calculated based on the total amount of works claimed for those years.
If you have sent your Payback claim or an update to your previous claim by mail, we will process your claim for this year’s payment which will be distributed in November.
