Access Premium Licence

Our Access Premium licence is designed specifically for universities and colleges.

Under an Access Premium licence:

Faculty, staff, and students have pre-cleared permissions to copy up to 20% of an individual title from Access Copyright’s repertoire so they can:
○ Copy and distribute excerpts for coursepacks and readings.
○ Share materials digitally through learning management systems.
○ Use published works for teaching, research, and academic administration.
○ Support both in-person and digital learning environments.
Content can be used for instructional, research, and educational purposes, subject to the licence’s terms and conditions.
Permissions apply across print and digital formats, including course materials and learning platforms.

Access Premium also offers pay-per-use copying from 20% to 25% of a repertoire title, providing additional flexibility when needed.
