Three affiliate interviews worth checking out

Recently, we browsed through some past episodes of CBC Radio’s The Next Chapter and found three interesting interviews with our affiliates that touch on, in order, bad signing, bus driving, and Bonnie & Clyde.
Journalist and author Tim Falconer discusses his latest book, Bad Singer (House of Anansi Press) which focuses on the science of signing and why some, Tim included, are considered clinically tone-deaf.
Writer Craig Davidson talks about Precious Cargo (Knopf Canada) which reflects on the school year he spent as a bus driver for special-needs students during a critical part in his journey to becoming an author.
Poet Carolyn Smart discusses the Depression Era’s most notorious pair, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, and the research she did to capture their story and the era they lived in through her latest poetry collection Careen (Brick Books).
