What is the official enrolment number?
Your official enrolment number is the total number of students who were enrolled in your school measured from November 1st to October 31st.
Is the submission of the official enrolment number necessary?
The submission of the official enrolment number is required every year as outlined in your licence and is a necessary part of calculating your invoice. The official enrolment number is to be submitted annually by May 15th.
How is the invoice calculated?
The royalty rate is updated every year. The royalties owed are multiplied by the official enrolment number to determine the invoice for the period of the licence (July 1st to June 30th).
When is the payment for the invoice due?
Invoice payment is due October 31st.
